Andy Wasynczuk has been a faculty member of Harvard Business School since 2005. Teaching in both the MBA and Executive Education Programs, his coursework focuses on Negotiation as well as Motivation and Incentive Design. Andy came to HBS after sixteen years as Chief Operating Officer of the New England Patriots and related enterprises. During his tenure, the team built a new world-class privately financed stadium and won three Superbowl championships.
Andy is an HBS Class of ’83 Graduate. He looks back fondly on his engagement with the Christian Fellowship during his years at HBS and has re-engaged with current students and alumni of the Fellowship since arriving back on campus. Andy is Trustee Emeritus of Case Western Reserve University, serves on the Board of St. Sebastian’s School and is active at Highrock Church. He’s been married to his wife, Rebecca, for 32 years and together, they have raised four children.
